My favorite activity in Echuca on the New South Wales Victoria Border, 

Have lunch on the Emmylou as you gracefully paddle down the most famous river in Australia on a traditionally steam powered paddle boat.

I highly recommend this having traveled on the Emmylou over 100 Times.

My Notes about Echuca Moama

 

Echuca is a magical place only hours from Melbourne. V/Line run regular bus services daily to Echuca & are re-instating the Passenger Train Service later this year.  There is so much to do in Echuca Moama that I can not list everything here on the page.  I suggest you take some time to visit this special part of the world.  Having been a travel agent and flown all around the world many hundreds of times, Echuca still is to me the most relaxing, restful and enjoyable places anywhere in Australia.
